At Radio Flyer, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Place the original tags and unworn garments inside the original packaging, then securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
